A range of electric or pneumatic stoppers reliably, gently, and without vibration brings loads of up to 800 kg to a stop. It is designed for the typical conveyor belt speeds found in powertrain production.
Furthermore, a valve terminal with a modular electrical terminal is also incorporated. It combines I/O modules, valve functionality, and safety functions compliant with ISO 13849-1 into a single unit, including the exhausting of system components, reversing, and protection against restarting. The high degree of functional integration and flexible connection to all common fieldbus systems transform this automation solution into a decentralized intelligence unit in Industry 4.0 scenarios.
