The OSP-P, featuring a stainless steel sealing band for ultra-low friction, is a completely modular designed rodless cylinder. It stands out by offering the most comprehensive range of guides and brakes, coupled with a very long lifetime of up to 8,000 km and delivering action forces up to 3,450 N. A wide array of special options, including low-speed, high-speed, low and high-temperature versions, ATEX, and cleanroom variants, ensures suitability for diverse applications across numerous markets.

Long Stroke Version: For extremely long strokes up to max. 41m (Bore sizes Ø50 – 80 mm).
Clean Room Cylinders: For use in clean room applications, certified with the IPA-Certificate (to DIN EN ISO 14644-1). Emissions can be led away (Bore sizes Ø16 – 32 mm).
ATEX Version: For use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Equipment Group II, Category 2 GD), conforming to ATEX 94/9/EG for Pneumatic Components.
Stainless Steel Version: For use in constantly damp or wet environments. All screws are A2 quality stainless steel.
Slow Speed Version: Specially formulated grease lubrication for smooth, uniform travel from 0.005 to 0.2 m/s.
High Speed Version: Capable of speeds up to 30 m/s (Bore sizes Ø25 – 32 mm, consult technical department).
High Temperature Version: For environments up to +120°C or chemically aggressive areas. All seals are Viton®; sealing bands are stainless steel.
Low Temperature Version: For use in environments down to -40°C.
End Face Air Connection: Special end cap with air connection on the end-face, rotatable 4 x 90° (Bore sizes Ø16 – 80 mm).
Both Air Connections at One End: Special end cap for simplified installation in tight spaces (Bore sizes Ø16 – 80 mm).
Integrated 3/2 Way VOE Valves: Compact solution integrated into end caps for optimal control, easy positioning, smooth low-speed operation, and fast response (Bore sizes Ø25 – 50 mm).
Duplex Connection: Combines two OSP-P cylinders of the same size into a compact, high-performance unit (Bore sizes Ø25 – 50 mm).
Multiplex Connection: Combines two or more OSP-P cylinders of the same size; carrier orientation is freely selectable (Bore sizes Ø25 – 50 mm).
Tandem Cylinder: Two pistons fitted for higher load capacity and increased support.
Inversion Mounting: Transfers driving force to the opposite side, e.g., for dirty environments (Bore sizes Ø16 – 80 mm).

Powerslide Version: Roller guide for heavy loads and demanding application conditions (Bore sizes Ø16 – 50 mm).
Proline Version: Compact aluminum roller guide for high loads and velocities. Optional active/passive brake (Bore sizes Ø16 – 50 mm).
Starline Version: Recirculating ball bearing guide for very high loads and precision (Bore sizes Ø16 – 50 mm).
KF Guide Version: Recirculating ball bearing guide for high loads and precision, with dimensions corresponding to FESTO DGPL-KF type (Bore sizes Ø16 – 50 mm).

Mounting & Accessories

Magnetic Switches (type RST, EST): For electrical sensing of end and intermediate piston positions, including EX-Areas.
Clevis Mounting: Carrier with tolerance and parallelism compensation for driving loads supported by external linear guides.
End Cap Mounting: For end-mounting of the cylinder.
Mid-Section Support: Required for long strokes and/or applied loads to prevent excessive bending and oscillation. Clamped onto the dovetail profile, also capable of taking axial forces.
